Since 2009, Dr. Gualerzi has been an adjunct professor at the University of Parma.
He is well known both in the medical field (for being a cardiologist and doctor who deals with prevention) and in the popular field (he is often invited as a pundit in health or sports broadcasts on television. His training activity is not related only to the medical field: indeed, he also leads courses in the cardiovascular risk in several companies to educate the employees about how to live healthly.
Dr. Gualerzi collaborates with several companies operating in the wellness sector as a consultant.
He is the author and co-author of several international scientific publications on the pathophysiology of cardiovascular diseases. In 2005, he published the book Amici Del Cuore, supplied to various cardiovascular rehabilitation centers.

Il metodo cronobiodetox per essere più magri, più forti, più sani. Both of the books were published by Sperling & Kupfer.
In 2011 he founded BeActive salute in movimento in Parma, a unique functional medical gym.
This project took shape over the years and the 2014 signed its birth under the name SuperSalute Medical Center and Gym: an example of excellence not only in the field of rehabilitation but also in the prevention of cardiovascular and inflammatory diseases, widespread nowadays.
In 2012 Dr. Gualerzi founded ActiveAction, a telemedicine company in the field of cardiovascular prevention. In 2016 he took on the role of Medical Director of the thermal complex located in Salsomaggiore Terme and Tabiano, in Emilia Romagna.
Born in 1973, Dr. Gualerzi is a Parmisan cardiologist.
He graduated and specialized at the University of Parma with full marks.
In 2002 he took part in the creation of the Cardiovascular Prevention Unit, started after an agreement drawn up between the University of Parma, the Hospital Corporation, the Local Health Corporation and Don Carlo Gnocchi Foundation – Onlus, and since then he worked there as a Medical Director for 13 years.
